Press check from the main screen. It will say Select S key 1->9. Usually it is key 1 or 5. Press each one until it flashes GCS and then goes to ENER ID

ENTER ID

Swipe the drivers license through the terminal. If the License does not have a magnetic stripe key in the number. If there are letters press the number key that has the letter and then press the ALPHA key to convert the number to the letter.

ENTER STATE CODE

Enter the state code. Use the table below for proper state code number. You can use the 2 letter abreviation instead.

CHECK #

Enter the check number in the upper right corner of the check.

AMOUNT OF SALE

Enter the amount of the check. See the table labeled 'TERMINAL RESPONSES' below.
