Verifone OMNI 3740/3750 Assistance

COMPATABILITY

ARC 90 & Payroll supported on:
Omni 3730/3740/3750/VX510/VX570. EXCEPT LE

Conversion supported on:
Zon,Tranz, OMNI, & VX terminals EXCEPT LE

Guarantee & Verification supported on:
Zon,Tranz, OMNI & VX terminals EXCEPT LE

For ARC a check imager is required.
For Conversion & Payroll a check reader or imager is required.
For Guarantee or Verification a check reader is not required.

** Warning **
These termials require VMAC prior to downloading ARC. If credit cards are installed it will have it. If not, your supplier must install VMAC prior to shipping.

TERMINAL

This is a single merchant number terminal. It will not hold multiple merchant numbers from GCS. It can only run a single service we provide. The terminal can operate stand alone provided VMAC is running in the terminal prior to download. Check with your supplier if they can load VMAC 1.31 or greater prior to shipping if you intend to operate as a stand alone unit. If credit is installed VMAC will be installed already.

PAPER

The paper should be coming off the spool from the bottom into the terminal/Printer. If the terminal feeds paper but does not print reverse the roll. Most thermal paper only prints on one side.

TELEPHONE

The telephone line should be connected to the jack labeled 'LINE' on the terminal. Other devices can be connected to the jack labeled 'TELE' It is advised that the terminal be the first device in line with the phone line.
