Enter a valid and correct e-mail address. Certain information will be sent by e-mail needing to be verified by you.
Enter your state issued driver license number. Passports, company, military, or any other ID other than state issued is unacceptable.
Enter the name of your primary employer. If self employed enter the name of the business. If retired or receiving public benefits enter the name of the agency issuing the benefit.
Enter the name of your job description. If retired, enter 'Retired' or if receiving any other public benefit indicate that, 'Unemployment, Disability, etc.'
Enter your primary employer's phone number at the location you work at. Format it as xxx-xxx-xxxx'
Enter the city where your employer is located that you work at.'
The amount that your pay check is for after all taxes and deductions.
The routing and account numbers are usually on the bottom of your paper checks. Unless you are very familiar with how to read it, call your bank and
ask for your ACH capable routing and account number. Entering incorrect information will delay or possibly cancel any ability to use ARC90.
