making retail sales where an exchange of money for goods or services legally takes

unless otherwise permitted using GCS remote e-sign.    
You understand there is no guarantee of acceptance by registering nor is there a
guarantee of any specific amount, limit, or ability to purchase from any 
business even if accepted.  There are no affiliations between GCS and any 
business or individual beyond GCS providing ARC 90 to those businesses or individuals.  

 GCS does not endorse any business nor any product or service offered for sale by any 
business.  Only you and the business will determine the fitness for use, merchantability, 
and or value of a product or service offered by that business.  Further, you agree to 
hold GCS harmless from any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of a purchase or 
attempted purchase made from any business using ARC 90. Any warranty of merchantability 
or fitness for use in writing, by operation of law, implied, or otherwise shall be 
provided by the business or as agreed to by the party giving it who's engaging in the 
transaction with you.  GCS does not warranty any product or service offered by any 
business.

 You understand and agree that GCS does not exercise any control or influence over 
the prices a business may charge for products or services it offers for sale. You agree 
and understand that GCS does not govern the methods, practices, or actions of any 
business beyond processing ARC 90 transactions nor is GCS responsible in any way 
for the results of those methods, practices, or actions. You understand and agree 
that any business using ARC 90 is not an agent, employee, or in any way a 
representative of GCS nor is GCS an agent, employee, or representative of that business. 
  
 You agree to provide GCS true and accurate information during the registration process
and at any time thereafter. You agree to fulfil payment arrangements in accordance with 
any payment plan agreed to. In the event of dispute or claim over any element of a 
purchase or attempted purchase you will make every effort to resolve it with the 
business the purchase was made from. You understand that information you enter on this 
site will be made available in whole or part to those businesses you attempt to use 
ARC 90 at. GCS will make a reasonable effort to safeguard the information you enter here. 
You agree and understand GCS is not liable in any way for the dissemination of information
you enter here and the results thereof once you make that information available to 
any business. Access by a business to your information is by you disclosing your driver
license or state issued ID in any form or by any method to that business. That information 
may include but is not limited to, your complete name, address, phone, e-mail, employer, 
bank account, spending history, and income. You accept full responsibility for maintaining 
the privacy and security of the ID, PIN number, and e-mail address used to access the 
information you enter here.

 If at any time during the course of a payment plan you wish to unwind or otherwise 
cancel a sale in whole or part you will make it known to GCS and the store the payment plan is 
with in writing prior to the payment or payments becoming due you wish to discontinue.
Terminating any payment plan prior to fulfillment by any means does not cancel the debt 
owed the business or GCS. The sum total of any remaining payments not made will become 
immediately due and payable on the date following termination of the plan by you.

 ARC 90 is void in whole or part where prohibited. Some business types are not acceptable
to GCS based upon various factors as determined by GCS and will not be given access to ARC 90 
making that business unavailable for you to use ARC 90 at. Others may be given limited 
access which may restrict the plan amount able to be used at that location. Plan limit 
amounts are based on your ability to repay an obligation as determined by income, cost of 
living, spending habits, and the parameters of the store a purchase is made at.

web site you agree to be bound by the following. These terms, conditions, and privacy 
statements are subject to change from time to time and any changes made will be incorporated

will GCS be liable for any lost profits, opportunity, or damages whether they be direct, 
indirect, or exemplary arising out of the use, inability to use, or misuse of this site, or

web site and that which is stored in GCS. It will notify you of the following: What

stored. This is a security measure to help safeguard against unauthorized access. If you 
are a business utilizing our service the information collected are communications with us 
and your customer's data that you enter when using our service. If you are a consumer 
or customer of a store using our service that information includes your name, address, 
phone number, e-mail, employer name & phone, employer contact person, income source & 
amount, name of bank used & account statements, the store and item being purchased from 
that store, and copy of ID. Other third parties may contribute information. Those 
include, but are not limited to, your bank or financial institution, employer, or entities 
you conduct business with.
  
We may, from time to time, contact a third party to confirm information you have given us. 
Those third parties would include, but are not limited to, employers, banks holding 
accounts you have, government agencies, or stores you're making a purchase at if a 
consumer. 

We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to 
respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us or to complete, alter, or void a 
financial transaction you're involved with. We will not share your information with 
any third party	outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your 
request, e.g. process a transaction, confirm information given us, or as required by 
U.S. law. We may contact you via email in the future to alert you to changes in your 
account, information, transactions,or to alert you to upcoming transaction amounts due, 
payable, canceled, or changed.

Your Access and Control Over Information. 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time so long as there are no 
amounts owed or potentially owed us. You can do the following at any time by logging

Identifying information may be retained indefinitely on an individual or business 
entity if it is discovered or believed the individual or entity is engaged in or 
attempted to engage in any act that would result in a financial loss to GCS whether 
intentional or not.  

Security. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive 
information via the website, it is protected both online and offline. 
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as bank	account data), that information 
is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking 
for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for 'https' at 
the beginning of the address in the browser address bar. While we use encryption to 
protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information 
offline. Only employees or agents who need the information to perform a specific 
task such as billing, confirmations, or customer service are granted access to 
personally identifiable	information. The computers and servers in which we store 
personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment off the web server.

Requirements/Terms:
To qualify there can't be recent NSF activity and income must be equivalent to your state's full time minimum wage or better.

Plan amount and duration can range from $350.00 to $3500.00 and 6 to 12 months depending on qualifications. If a payment debit is returned unpaid a state allowed service fee may be charged.
